Oh dear! I dropped part of a stitch, waaaaaaaaaay back in the blanket. This yarn is made of several strands of cotton and it seems I knitted only a couple of those strands and dropped the rest. So that is probably why it did not run and caught my eye. Must have been when I was knitting too confidently without watching my work and watching soccer practice. I have the stitch secured with a plastic safety pin. I am trying to think how to save it from ruining the whole blanket. I thought I could sew those few strands in place maybe with the same cotton yarn and a few small (yikes) knots and hide it somehow? So annoying! Apart from that I really love this blanket, "we" have become quite attached :-)
